It’s better to know First Aid & not need it, than to need First Aid & not knowing it.

Programme:

Anyone interested in having a basic knowledge in emergency first aid.
Includes Defibrillator training in automated external defibrillators (AEDs) as per Irish Heart Foundation standard.
This program is delivered as 1 day course by Certified OFAAA Instructors from the HSA register.
Groups of 6 or 10 participants.

Heartsafety Certificate of achievement & Irish Heart Foundation Certification is valid for 2 years.
